How To Make buttermilk pie

Prehet oven to 325. In saucepan melt 1 stick butter ( 1/2 cup). In mixing bowl, add melted butter, sugar and eggs and mix with mixer. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well.

In an unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust poke bottom with fork. Add pie mixture and put on cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Pie will be set and firm.
