Ingredients For weight watchers butterscotch brownies

  • 6 tbs stick
    margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    packed dark brown sugar or 3/4 cup splenda brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    egg substitue
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    plain flour
  • 1 tsp
    bakng powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2/3 c
    butterscotch chips
  • cooking spray

    pre heat oven to 350
  • 2
    combine margarine and sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg substitue and vanilla beat well.

    combine flour, baking powder and soda,and salt.Add to creamed mixture;beat well. Stir in butterscotch chips.

    spoon mixture into a 13-x9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let completely on a wire rack. yields 21/2 dozens (serving size 1 brownie) ppv=3
