When I became a home owner I had to pay for water monthly so I started watching how much the bill was .I could not understand why we used so much with just the 2 of us.We checked for leaks and drips but there was none.So I started this process and I now save between 2 and 10 gallons a day.

  • 6 1 gallon bottle
    clean milk jugs or i use sunny d jugs

How To Make water saving tip

    When you need Hot water to do dishes or take a shower etc.There is usually about 2 gallons of cold water in the pipes before it will become hot enough to use.

    Just fill up the jugs until the temp you need is there.

    I use this saved water for soups,noodles,coffee,tea,watering plants,Flushing toilets or whatever I want.I do not ask guests to do this.

    I save between 2 and 12 gallons a day of water and I know where it is going.
