These were a huge hit when I made them for a family Sunday breakfast. They are just like crepes and are delicious served with Nutella or your favorite jam and some powdered sugar sprinkled on top!

Ingredients For swedish pancakes

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make swedish pancakes

    Blend together eggs and milk with rotary beater. Add flour, 1 tbsp sugar and salt; blend well. Add vanilla. Bake in lightly greased 8 inch skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each. Tilt skillet back and forth quickly when batter is added to make a thin coating. Bake until top is dry, then turn and brown other side.

    Spread with melted butter, Nutella, or your favorite jam and roll it up! Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
