Ingredients For quinoa parfait

1 crolled oats

1 1/2 Tbspoil or light margarine or coconut oil,melted

2 tspsugar or splenda sugar

1 tspground cinnamon
-
4-5apples:peeled, cored and coarsely chopped

1 tspground cinnamon

1 tspvanilla extract

1 Tbspsugar or splenda sugar

1 cwater, or more if necessary
How To Make quinoa parfait

1For Oat Crumble: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

23. Evenly spread on a baking sheet or large 13x9 glass baking pan and bake until golden brown, about 7-10 miniutes. Set aside to cool.

3Put in cups and put fat-free cool whip on the top.

4For Quinoa: Cook one cup quinoa according to package directions. Once cooked ,add 1 1/2 teaspsoon cinnamon, mix well. set aside to cool.
