Ingredients For pumpkin/gingerbread trifle

  • 2 pkg
    gingerbread mix
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla pudding; cook/serve
  • 1 can
    pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 12 oz
    frozen whipped topping
  • 1/2 c
    gingersnap cookies ; crushed

How To Make pumpkin/gingerbread trifle

    Bake gingerbread as directed on package. Cool. Prepare pudding; set aside to cool. Stir pumpkin, sugar & cinnamon into pudding.

    Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into bottom of dish. Pour 1/2 pudding over gingerbread; then add a layer of whipped topping. Repeat.

    Sprinkle top with crushed gingersnaps. Keep refrigerated.
