Ingredients For pineapple delight by request

2 cgraham crackers crumbs

1/2 cmelted butter
-
1 1/2 cicing sugar

1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 tspvanilla, to taste

milk or cream (enough to make spreadable)

1 cancrushed pineapple (large can, well drained)

1/2 ptwhipping cream
How To Make pineapple delight by request

1CRUST: Mix together graham crackers and melted butter. Set aside 1/2 cup; press remaining mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees; allow to cool.

2ICING: Mix together next four ingredients; spread onto cooled crust.

3FILLING: Whip the cream until stiff, then fold in the pineapple. Spread on icing layer and top with reserved graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results.
