Ingredients For marshmallow cheesecake

  • GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
  • 40
    squares graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • FILLING
  • 40 lg
    marshmallows
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz
    cool whip

How To Make marshmallow cheesecake

    Crust: Mix all ingredients and press into top and sides of a 9x13-inch greased pan. Reserve 1/2 cup for top.

    Filling: Melt marshmallows and milk over low heat. Beat the cream cheese; add marshmallow mixture. Cool.

    Fold in cool whip. Spread into crust and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until set.
