My sweet friend, Leanne, evolved this dessert from a favorite on the Bubba Gump's menu! (But I gave it the naughty name!) This is a crowd pleaser, particularly with teenagers! One note, put dessert in bowls during cold and flu season! (LOL!!)

Ingredients For lele's sin in a skillet dessert

  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (roll)
  • 1/2 gal
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c
    hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 c
    caramel sauce
  • 1/2 can
    spray whipped cream topping
  • nuts and cherries (garnish)

How To Make lele's sin in a skillet dessert

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Pat partially thawed cookie dough into the bottom of a 12" or 14" iron skillet. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until dough is nicely brown.

    Remove from oven, and immediately spoon on ice cream. Top with sauces, whipped cream topping. Add chopped nuts and cherries to garnish, if desired.

    Pass out spoons, and dig in! No need to mess up bowls! This delicious dessert won't be around that long!
