I like this because it is fast and easy. The pie crust I make is flaky so it seems to work with making the kolaky

Ingredients For easy kolacki

I cut the pie dough in squares put 1/22 teaspoon of Apricot jam or I get canned nut filling

I fold the dough over the jam and bake @ 350 til slightly brown.
