This is one of my mom's cheesecake recipes. It was always so yummy topped with cherry pie filling :) There was never enough left- over :( But it was so yummy. You could top it with whatever pie filling you would like.

How To Make creamy cheese pie

Beat Cream cheese till smooth. Beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Top with pie filling of coice. Chill for 3-4 hours.
