Tried this at a restaurant and they were nice enough to give me the recipe. This is very good hot with vanilla ice cream.

11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Grease and flour 2 9x12 baking pans 3. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa. 4. Add milk and oil. 5. Divide and pour into pans 6. Pour hot water over all, and bake for 40 minutes.
