How To Make banana boat

  • 1
Choose your bananas. I personally like mine ripened until perfectly spotted. I think they are sweeter this way.
  • 2
Slit the bananas lengthwise. From the stem.
  • 3
Stuff them with any combination of toppings you desire. I am a big fan of dark chocolate and butterscotch and mini marshmallows.
  • 4
Wrap the bananas in foil and place on the grill or on the hot coals. Grill with the cover on (cover off if placed on coals) until toppings get melty and delicious.
  • 5
Eat with a spoon. (Insanely good over ice cream and no other topping needed).
