My grandchildren and I made this recipe for one of my friend Sherri Logan's challenges. I love a good dessert pizza... and I love baklava... Put them together and what do you get? BAKLAVA_IZZA BABY !!! This came out even better than I had hoped for... the crust was crispy and the toppings were wonderful! The textures and flavors made a perfect dessert that wasn't too sweet or heavy... My family told me that they want this made and made often! *** Update: We hav made this many times now... and never get tired of it... It is really good with peaches too.
