This is a VitaMix recipe. If you have one you know what they are capable of doing...milkshakes to ice cream to hot soup! This makes enough for two people, if you're wanting just a little snack...:)

Ingredients For strawberry ice cream...fast

1 C.milk [can use whole milk, cream,

almond, rice, soy or coconut milk (your choice)]

2 Cfrozen strawberries, unsweetened

1/4 C.agave nectar (or splenda or sugar)

1/4-1/2 C.ice cubes
How To Make strawberry ice cream...fast

1In blender container, add choice of milk, strawberries and sweetener of choice. Blend on low until berries are starting to get broken down.

2Add ice, a little at a time, and process until desired consistency. Should take about a minute or so.

3Note: If using the VitaMix, add all ingredients and blend on HIGH for 30-60 sec. Use tamper to push berries and ice into blades; when motor 'growls', it's ready. Recipe was originally formulated for the Model 6300 and to use the "frozen desserts" setting.
