Did some one say "lets beat the Heat"?? These won't beat the heat but Might be the Next best thing in the heat of Summer or anytime.

Ingredients For homemade fudgsicles by freda

  • 2 C
    low fat or skim milk ( note: the fat stuff 1/2 & 1/2 can be used also)
  • 2/3 C
    sugar
  • 2 Tbs
    corn syrup
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 C
    cocoa powder

How To Make homemade fudgsicles by freda

    in a med. Sauce pan, add milk, cocoa, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla
  • 2
    Bring to simmer, stir frequently, Cook just until the sugar and cocoa are disolved.

    pour HOT mixture into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight, or till solid.

    makes about 6 popsicles, depending on the size of your molds.
