1 cup blueberries

1/3 cup gin

1 pint vanilla ice cream
How To Make gin spiked blueberry sundaes

1in small pan, mix the blueberries, and gin. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the berries burst and mixture begins to thicken, 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate until cool.

2Divide the ice cream among bowls and top with the blueberry sauce. Serves four.
