This is my mom's recipe, we had tried some marschino cherry ice cream at this one dairy and it was so good. she came home and made a batch of homeade and it tastes the exact same.

Ingredients For cherry vanilla ice cream

1 qtprepared powdered milk ( powdered must be used)

1 canevaporated milk
-
1 1/2 csugar
-
2 tspalmond extract
-
1 smpkg. vanilla instant pudding

2 jarmaraschino cherries, chopped reserve juice
How To Make cherry vanilla ice cream

1Mix all ingredients except the cherries. Use 1 cup of the cherry juice, or more to your taste.

2Pour the mixture into an ice cream canister and fill with regular milk. When almost frozen add the cherries and freeze until the freezer stops.
