Ingredients For betty's bombe

  • 2 box
    vanilla ice cream sandwiches,
  • 16 oz
    container of cool whip
  • 1 c
    dry roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 4 lg
    butterfinger bars, chopped
  • 1 lg
    bottle chocolate syrup
  • 1 lg
    bottle, caramel syrup
  • 1 lg
    bottle maraschino cherries, with stems, drained.

How To Make betty's bombe

    Cut sandwiches in half, lengthwise. Layer half in large oblong dish. Spread half of cool whip over these. Sprinkle 1/2 of nuts, and 1/2 of butterfingers over this.Squirt half of each syrup over this.

    Repeat layers;ice cream, whipped topping, nuts, and reserving syrups until last.Place cherries, which have been drained on top of this layer. Squirt syrups over this. Top with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 2 hours, or overnight. Remove from freezer 20-30 mins before serving, cut in squares to serve.
