  • 1 peeled and cored apple(sliced)
  • 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • 1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor
  • 2tbs nonfat milk.
  • pink sweetener (optional)

How To Make sweets for the sweet

    place all fruit on a plate

    Stir yogurt and 2 tbs nonfat milk to loosen it up. Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
