In cleaning out my old record cabinet, I came across a bag of recipes my Mom and I had saved from product packages and ones that she had received from friends. This one is from Pepperidge Farm. It sounds yummy.

Ingredients For strawberries with zabaglione

1 pkgpepperidge farm patty shells

1-1.25 csliced fresh strawberries

3egg yolks (no size specified)

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cmarsala wine
How To Make strawberries with zabaglione

1Prepare patty shells according to package directions.

2When cool, fill with sliced strawberries.

3In the top of a double boiler, beat egg yolks, sugar and wine over simmering water with an electric mixer for 5-7 minutes until foamy and very thick. Do not overcook or mixture will curdle.

4Pour over berries in shells and serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
