Ingredients For rhubarb squares

  • RHUBARB SQUARES
  • 2 c
    flour for crust
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 2 c
    sugar for filling
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • combine press into9x13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
  • filling
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 7 Tbsp
    flor or cornstarch
  • 1 c
    whipping
  • 5 c
    finely chopped rhubarb cook until thickened
  • combine& pour over crust..bake at 350 degrees -40 -45 minutes cool completely.
  • topping
  • 2-3oz. pkg
    cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • beat together-spread on top and refrigerate

How To Make rhubarb squares

    Combine crust ingredients & press half into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees.

    Cook filling until thickened.Pour over crust Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.Cool completely.Beat together topping spread over top and refrigerate until ready for use.
