This is my prize recipe. I am very proud of it. It was chosen for a cookbook and by a chef to be served at a luncheon. Very easy and very delicious!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The aroma that permeates through the kitchen while this blackberry cobbler bakes is so appetizing. This summertime dessert is easy as 1-2-3 and perfect for a potluck. All that's missing is a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Next time, we may cut back on the water to around 1/2 - 2/3 a cup. The cobbler does set up after a while, but hot out of the oven it is a little runny.
