Ingredients For jiffy peach cobbler

  • 1 qt
    frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    plain flour
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg

How To Make jiffy peach cobbler

  • 1
    Blend brown sugar, white sugar, flour and nutmeg. Make a batter by adding the water.

    Oil baking dish. Place peaches in dish and pour batter over peaches. Stir.

    Ad melted butter, stir. Bake one hour at 325 degrees. Stir occasionally.
