Ingredients For healthy anytime parfaits

1/4 cgolden raisins

1 tspgrated orange peel
-
2 Tbspreduced-sugar orange juice

1 tspvanilla
-
4 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1 Tbspsugar or stevia sugar substitute

2 cmix of blueberries, cut up strawberries and cut up peaches
-
1/2 corganic, low-fat granola
-
honey for drizzling
-
grated orange peel for decoration
How To Make healthy anytime parfaits

1In microwave bowl, combine raisins and orange juice. Microwave 45 seconds. Stir in vanilla.

2In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in raisin mix and 1 tsp orange peel. In 4 decorative glasses, layer 1/2 the cream cheese mix, 1/2 the fruit and 1/2 the granola.

3Drizzle w/ honey, sprinkle w/ orange peel.
