sweet potato pudding
This recipe comes from my great Grand mother. She made it at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients For sweet potato pudding

2 1/2 cnondairy creamer
-
6 cgrated raw sweet potatoes
-
3eggs
-
1 csugar
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 cslivered almonds
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cbourbon or rum if desired
How To Make sweet potato pudding

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Pour nondairy creamer into a bowl, add sweet potatoes.

3In a separate bowl beat together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and slivered almonds and then mix with sweet potato mixture.

4Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and dot with butter.

5Bake for 45 minutes. Just before serving, pour bourbon or rum( if desired).

6Top with chopped pecans.
