A lady at our church always used to make these for the potlucks. The pie would disappear so fast that I never got a chance to try it. She gave me her recipe and I finally decided to make one. Holy cow, it's marvelous! I hope y'all enjoy it, too!

Ingredients For millionaire pie

    ready made graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 ounce size, softened
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounce size
  • 1 lg
    container cool whip, 8 ounce size
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, 20 ounce size, drained
  • 1 jar
    maraschino cherries, 8 ounce size, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make millionaire pie

    In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Beat on high speed until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Gently stir in pineapple, cherries and pecans.

    Pour mixture into pie crusts and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. You can also refrigerate overnight, if desired. Serve chilled.
