Ingredients For cream cheese & fruit pie

  • 2 oz
    cream cheese (8 oz size)
  • 1 lg
    frozen whipped cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    pie shell - your choice, regulare or graham

How To Make cream cheese & fruit pie

  • 1
    Mix all filling ing. and put into pie shell and chill while making the topping
  • 2
    Mix topping ing. in a saucepan and cook over medium until thick. Remove from heat and let cool. Put over top of filling in pie crust. Chill
  • 3
    Top with fruit of your choice and chill 2 more hours.
