Made this for my ladies group and they were gone in less than 20 minutes! Easy to make and tasty :-)

Ingredients For peanut butter brownies

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2/3 c
    butter (10-11 tablespoons), softened
  • 3 oz oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 bag
    peanut butter morsels (reg. size bag

How To Make peanut butter brownies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.

    In large bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add egg; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter morsels. Pour into a foil-lined 9" square pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. This makes 16 2 1/4" brownies.
