Ohio is famous for its Amish Country. This recipe is similar to the yummy peanut butter spread served in all of the restaurants in our "Amish Country."

Ingredients For amish peanut butter spread/topping

  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    light karo syrup
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 c
    marshmallow crème

How To Make amish peanut butter spread/topping

    Mix together brown sugar, water and Karo. Bring to a boil. Cool.

    Add peanut butter and marshmallow crème.

    Mix well.
