Ingredients For strawberry cloud

  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 c
    fresh strawberries, cleaned
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How To Make strawberry cloud

  • 1
    In a mixer, whip together whipping cream, 1 T.sugar and the vanilla. Set aside. In a food processor blend together strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar. Once the strawberries have been blended, fold them into the whipped cream. Divide into 4 fancy glasses. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
