Eric is always looking for a new cookie to try, so when my daughter gave him the king sized Reese's peanut butter cups I went to work with my left over Christmas baking surplus

Ingredients For white chocolate suprise cookies

  • MIX IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/4 c
    dark brown sugar
  • THEN ADD
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • MIX THAT WELL AND ADD
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 c
    white or vanilla flavored baking chips
  • 1/4
    of 1 big reeses peanut butter cup, rough chopped.

How To Make white chocolate suprise cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    After following the above directions check for right consistency. It is perfect when you can roll it between hands to make a thick snake to pinch off cookies. If it sticks to hand add a bit more flour. If it feels dry add a drop or two of milk.
