A former supervisor's wife made these every holiday and my boss used to to bring them in....they are so good, I named the recipe after him!

Ingredients For sawyer sandwiches

  • 2 sleeves
    ritz crackers (i use the whole wheat)
  • jar
    peanut butter
  • 1 pkg
    white almond bark
  • 1 c
    halved pecans

How To Make sawyer sandwiches

  • 1
    spread peanut butter on cracker and make a sandwich with another cracker.continue until you have used both sleeves, about 40 sandwiches. melt the almond bark either in the microwave or on the stove at a low temperature. cover each sandwich and place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. place a half pecan on top. harden in the refrigerator.store in covered container.
