I made a big batch of these minty dark chocolate chip cookies today. My Granddaughter loves these.

Ingredients For minty chocolate chip cookies

  • 3 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 bag
    hershey minty dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    semisweet mini morsels

How To Make minty chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat the oven to 350. In a large mixer bowl, on low speed cream together the butter and brown and white sugars. Beat mixture until it's light and creamy.

    Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in your vanilla. Continue to blend until smooth. Add the dry ingredients slowly to avoid a mess.

    Add in your two kinds of chips into the dough until evenly distributed (can do this with mixer or by hand) now scoop the dough out with an ice cream scoop onto the parchment lined cookie tray.

    Bake 8-10 minutes or until cookies are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on tray before removing to airtight bowl.
