Ingredients For mango cookies

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 c
    mashed mangos
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make mango cookies

  • 1
    Place milk,eggs,baking soda,2 cups of flour,sugar,butter,mangos in a large mixing bowl.

    Mix with hand mixer until creamy and altogher then add in the vanilla, the rest of the flour,cinnamonn, brown sugar.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 375* for about 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
