Need cookies quick? Grab any flavor of cake mix, and maybe some frosting, and you'll have cookies in no time. (Psst! These are great frosted!)

Ingredients For easy cake cookies

  • 1 box
    any flavor cake mix
  • 1 md
    egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c
    salad oil
  • 1/2 c
    pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)

How To Make easy cake cookies

  • 1
    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • 3
    Use a teaspoon to measure out the dough, and roll each teaspoon full into a ball.

    Place each ball on a greased cookie sheet and flatten. (I use a fork because I like the design.)

    Bake for 12 minutes.
