Threw this together one day when my husband wanted something sweet. I went through what I had on hand and came up with this. They were a hit. Now I have to make them all the time.

Ingredients For choc/peanut butter toll house cookie bars

  • 1 pkg
    nestle's toll house refrigerated cookie dough
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make choc/peanut butter toll house cookie bars

    Preheat oven 350 degrees
  • 2
    Spray an 8x8 baking pan. Press the cookie dough in the pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Mix milk chocolate chips and peanut butter together and microwave until melted.

    Frost the cookie with the peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let cool or refrigerate for the chocolate to set up a bit.
