one more bite basic chocolate cupcakes

Did You ever just need one more bite of a cupcake? I know I always do, rather than eating a whole second cupcake I always make some minis. This is just my simple chocolate cupcake, with a chocolate ganache and white frosting.

Ingredients For one more bite basic chocolate cupcakes

  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make one more bite basic chocolate cupcakes

    Preheat oven to 350. Sift dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix in mayonnaise. Gradually add in water and vanilla, blend well.

    Put in cupcake liners. Standard cupcakes bake from 10-15min. Minis bake from 8-10min. Frost with favorite frosting. I piped in vanilla frosting and drizzed chocolate ganache. And frosted some with basic chocolate frosting. Stack small cupcake on top for Your extra bite!
