  Take any boxed cake mix of your choice... Look on the back of each box and take note of the ingredients listed at the top for the back panel. notice that the cake mix asks for 3 eggs... decrease this down to only 2 eggs.

  Next; the box asks you to use 1 1/3 cups of water... "THIS IS THE ONLY INGREDIENT THAT YOU WILL ELIMINATE FROM THESE INSTRUCTIONS!"

  Now you will use the correct amount of oil asked for on the back of the box.

  AND THAT'S IT FOLKS. You just empty the contents of your box into a large bowl of your choice. Add 2 large eggs. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil Stir it all together with a wooden spoon until it forms a ball.

  All you do from here is to take spoonfuls of the dough and place them in the palm of your hand and roll them into small balls and place those balls onto you cookies sheet(s). you can either leave them in ball form or you can take any drinking glass and dip the bottom of the glass in flour and press the ball into a circle, or you can use the thumbprint method and place chocolate chips, cherries, etc... into the divot.
