I love white Chocolate and caramel, these cookies are the perfect blend of two of my favorite flavors. I also add salted peanuts to send them over the top.

Ingredients For white chocolate and caramel cookies

  • 1/2 c
    margarine (imperial or parkay), softened
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    caramel extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch instant pudding (3.4 oz.)
  • 1 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    kraft premium caramel bits
  • 1/2 c
    salted peanuts, chopped (optional)

How To Make white chocolate and caramel cookies

    Cream together margarine, butter, sugars and caramel extract. Combine 1 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking soda, and pudding mix and add to wet mix and stir well. Then add the last 3/4 cup flour, stir until combined and add white chocolate chips, caramel bits, and peanuts.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets covered in parchment paper, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

    Remove pan from oven and let cookies sit on pan 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cookies from sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
