I made this for my daughter's birthday instead of a cake. The girls thought it was the best ever! I will warn you that it is VERY sweet, so a small portion is a good think. Still, with 12 teenage girls, the pizza had very little left when they were done. I saw a similar recipe in a magazine and adapted it to fit my daughter's preferences.

Press both sugar cookie rolls onto a 16" pizza pan, overlapping slightly to make both rolls blend smoothly in the middle to make one giant cookie.Bake according to the directions on the package. I did a few minutes more to make a crispy crust. Just my way of doing it though.

Once cookie is cool, spread a layer of frosting onto the cookie. You can make it thin or thick, whichever you prefer.

Next is the fun part. Have the kids decorate with the candies however they want. My one daughter layered each individually, and the other just threw things however they landed.

Because I made this the day before, I froze this and pulled it out the morning of the party so it was thawed in time. You can do this the morning of the party, but if you are like me, you want it done early. You can also just refrigerate it instead of freezing it.
