A rich, dense cookie full of the taste of fall and of course very easy to make! Enjoy w/ a hot cup of coffee.

Ingredients For so easy pumpkin, chocolate chip cookies

    15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 box
    spice cake mix, i used duncan hines
  • 1-1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1
    container cream cheese frosting, if desired.

How To Make so easy pumpkin, chocolate chip cookies

    Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets w/ parchment paper to prevent sticking. In lg bowl, beat pumpkin and cake mix until smooth.

    Use just the cake mix, no oil, eggs, etc. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by Tbsp, 2" apart onto baking sheets. Bake 13-18 mins, or until edges start to turn golden. Let cool.

    Frost w/ cream cheese frosting, or eat as is. Either way these are great!
