if you can find them use the Reeses's cup minis that way you don't have to unwrap and chop up the bigger ones.

Ingredients For reese's cup peanut butter cookies

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    chopped up reese's peanut butter cups

How To Make reese's cup peanut butter cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    In a large bowl mix together the sugars, butter,peanut butter and egg until smooth and creamy
  • 3
    In another bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  • 4
    Slowly incorporate the dry mix into the creamy mix until well blended. Then fold in the peanut butter cups
  • 5
    Roll into about tablespoon sized balls and place on baking sheet. ( I always use parchment paper on my baking sheets when baking)

    Bake for about 14 minutes or until the edges start turning golden brown. Take out of oven, leave on sheet for about 2 minutes then move to cooling rack until completely cooled. then store in airtight container
