Ingredients For rainbow biscuits

  • 125 g
    butter unsalted, room temperature
  • 125 ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 125 ml
    castor/confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 lg
    egg,well beaten
  • 1 3/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    m&m's

How To Make rainbow biscuits

  • 1
    Create batter by beating together your butter and sugar until well combined and light in color. Add in vanilla and egg and beat until combined. Use a spoon to fully incorporate your dry ingredients. Form balls, place on floured cookie sheet and decorate with candy.

    Bake for 15 minutes in a pre - heated oven set at 180 degrees centigrade until golden brown.
