2 csugar

1 cvegetable oil

4 call purpose flour

4 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

2 tspvanilla extract

2eggs
-
2 tspmilk

2 tspbaking soda

1(12oz) pkgchocolate chips
How To Make pumpkin chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix pumpkin, milk, baking soda, eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients leaving chocolate chips for last.

3Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

4Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until done. Do not over bake. Touch top of cookie, if it springs back, they're done.
