Everyone loves these cookies because they stay soft and moist even after they cool off. Not everyone likes crunchy cookies. This is the perfect recipe for those of us who need soft or prefer soft cookies. They taste delicious, and are great for holidays or any days.

Ingredients For pumpkin chip cookies

  • 1(15oz) can
    pumpkin
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1(12oz) pkg
    chocolate chips

How To Make pumpkin chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix pumpkin, milk, baking soda, eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients leaving chocolate chips for last.

    Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until done. Do not over bake. Touch top of cookie, if it springs back, they're done.
