Received this receipe from a co-worker over 20 years ago. Submitted it to my church cookbook. Many were not sure about it until I brought samples the next week.

Ingredients For potato chip cookies (one the kids like)

1 csugar granulated
-
1 cbutter, room temperature or margarine

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2well beaten eggs

2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda

2 ccrushed potato chips
-
6 ozpkg of butterscotch chips (may have to divide lg bag)
How To Make potato chip cookies (one the kids like)

1Beat eggs, sugars, margarine together

2Add flour & soda, then potato chips & butterscotch chips.

3Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.Bake 10 minutes @ 325 on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Watch carefully-burn easily.
