shortening
1/3 c

peanut butter
1/2 c

brown sugar
1/2 c

sugar
1 lg

egg
1 tsp

baking soda
1 1/2 c

flour
1/2 tsp

How To Make peanut butter cookies

Cream shortening, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg and beat well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet ingrdients. Add vanilla. Mix well. Form balls and flatten on greased cooike sheet with a fork, making a cris-cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
