My little boys are cookie monsters!! They love cookies cookies cookies.I got the inspiration for this cookie from a recipe I saw online and changed it up a bit. They like moist chewy cookies and love m&m's and chocolate chips. They really love this cookie.

Ingredients For peanut butter cookie monster cookies

3 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

2 tspbaking soda

1 stickbutter flavored shortening=1 cup

1 csugar

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cpeanut butter(i used creamy but if you like peanuts you could use chunky)

2eggs
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract

4 Tbspmilk

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1medium bag of m&m's (14 oz bag)
How To Make peanut butter cookie monster cookies

1Preheat oven to 350

2Mix together the dry ingredients..flour , salt, and baking soda and set aside

3Cream together shortening, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, peanut butter and milk. Beat together until smooth. Add Dry ingredients slowly .Stir in Chocolate chips and M&M's by hand.

4I use a cookie scoop but a rounded tablespoon is about right. Form a ball, place on a non-stick cookie sheet and press down with a fork.

5Bake 8-11 minutes depending on how well done you like your cookies. Allow to cool on a cookie rack
