This recipe started out as Cowboy Cookies and I added my own twist with the M&M's. Super easy to make and kids LOVE 'EM!

Ingredients For monster cookies

  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2/3 c
    gran. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 2
    eggs-beaten
  • 3/4 tsp
    white corn syrup
  • 1/2 c
    mini m&m's candies
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    soda
  • 3 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats

How To Make monster cookies

    Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well until all incorporated.

    Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes. Completely cool before removing them from pan. Makes 2 dozen
