My good friend Lisa gave me her recipe last Christmas for these gems. Everyone liked them and asked for more each year since.

Ingredients For lisa's peanut butter cups

  • 1 1/2 lb
    white almond bark
  • 16 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 2 lb
    peanuts, dry roasted
  • 100
    small baking cups

How To Make lisa's peanut butter cups

    On baking sheets, separate and place in rows all 100 baking cups.

    Melt Almond bark and Chocolate Chips over Medium-low heat in pan. Be careful not to burn it. You must stir continually. Turn off heat once its all melted.

    Stir in Peanut butter until dissolved into Chocolate mixture. Then add dry roasted peanuts and mix well.

    Now spoon in mixture to the baking cups. Let cool and set. Then enjoy!
